Fermented Herring (surströmming)
I thought I wouldn't get the chance to eat any fermented herring before the season was over, but thank God…that's not the case. Yesterday me, my family and relatives met up at ate some :). This weekend I've re-dyed my hair, shopped and unfortunately I broke my laptop :(...luckily I've a good insurance so it's gonna work out fine without any expensive costs.=)
