In and out of season!

This weekend has been fun and challenging! Without my knowledge I was set to be the worshipleader at a conference here in Umeå, Thursday-Saturday. The thing is that the girl who was supposed to lead had never lead worship before. Since I was in the worshipteam I got signed to lead. The team and I practiced for the first time on Wednesday, that’s when I got the task(which at first freaked me out), and then I/we lead the worship-sessions during this long weekend. Even though it was chaos during practice and none of us had ever played together in the past, it all worked out fine. The presence of God was strong and I realize how fundamental it is to never get comfortable in your calling...you never know what God has planned for you to do. It's important to always keep you head high and be close to Him. You never know when you will be challenged to step up in a season where you haven’t planned to serve or be challenged…be prepared to serve, in and out of season!

Welcome home!

This is my grandpa who died in the beginning of march this year (almost 92 yrs old). He was such a great man of God and a role model to me and a lot of other people. Through all the good and bad times he continued to walk with God and in his calling, being a pastor. I know he's enjoying the life he's living now, a life in heaven with Big Daddy God, and he will come and greet me in 6-7 decades by the gates of heaven :)

Uppsala!

I have a house(100 square meters and a basement recreation room!)in Uppsala, and I'm moving there in three months. The greatness and love of God is Indescribable. If you knew how hard it is to find a flat in Uppsala you would understand what I am talking about. I didn't even have to look for a flat(it's not like you even try to find a house there) before this house came to me! God KNOWS what I want and need long before I even tell Him.
The house is close to my school, close to the city and the rent is surmountable.
